- Does my site have to be hosted on your server.?
No. If you already have a domain and have already organised hosting for it, then we can use the hosting that you have already paid for.
- Can I use my existing email address?
Yes you can. We can forward all the e-mail from your domain to your current email address.
It might look more professional though if you used the email address that is provided with your domain as this will look as though it is coming from your domain address rather than hotmail.
- Can I get e-mail with my website?
Yes and we can set up several email addresses for you, such as sales@your_domain.co.uk and office@your_domain.co.uk. The basic package includes up to five mailboxes and each address can have several different aliases.
- Do I have to register a domain.?
If you register a domain, then your website can have an address like www.your_company.co.uk. If the name you choose matches either your company name or what you are selling then it will give customers confidence.
There are a number of "Free" hosts where you can create a website, however they may not be very reliable and the search engines tend to ignore them.
- How long will it take for my web site to be designed?
The timescale of a website design project is often dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.
- In what format should I supply words and photographs about my business for my new website?
It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form - for example, the files output by a digital camera and the words in MS word or similar format. We have had considerable practice at extracting materials from most sorts of files. If you can only provide printed materials, then we can scan them.
- Can you re-design my site?
If you would like your current site re-designed or just some changes made, then we are happy to do the work. We will need the username and password that is used to access the site.
- How do I update my website?
There are many different methods which can be used to update websites. The method you choose and the functionality we build into your website design is solely up to yourself although of course we will be glad to advise you which method will suit your needs.
If you have a small website consisting of just a few pages and will only wish to make changes very infrequently, then probably more cost effective simply to ask us to make these changes for you. Other methods which are frequently chosen are largely dependant upon how much data or information and pictures you have and how you store this information at present.
We can provide an on line content management system where you can either update individual products/pages/services or particular sections of your website. e.g. company news.
- Do we have to have a meeting to discuss my site?
We generally find that communicating by email, telephone and post is quicker cheaper and easier.
- Does my business need to be computer-based in order to have a website? Do I need to know about computers?
NO, you do not need to own a computer or have computers involved in your business in order to have a website. Many companies do filing, invoicing and more without a computer. Creating a website is more about exposing your business to new potential clients and generating new sales. There is no need to overhaul the way your company does business.
- My company is in the service industry. Will a website help my business?

Your service-oriented business can provide samples, references, location, hours of operation and more right away from your website 24hours/7days a week/365 days a year.
- How frequently do I need to update my website??
It depends on what you’re website is doing. Regular changes are good for your search engine ranking. Keeping the most up to date information about your business on the site, is good for your customers and potential customers.
- Once my website design is completed -what aftersales service do you offer?
We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require any enhancements. We offer web site maintenance so that your website need never get out of date
- Can I move it to another supplier to host it if I wish?
You may move your website to another web hosting service at any time. Depending on the hosting service, there may be a small charge to transfer control to their systems. After the transfer we will be happy to provide any materials we have used in the creation of the website.
